Ticker Panic FAQ: platforms, saves and availability

Ticker Panic is in development, so availability and plans need clear answers. This FAQ separates established gameplay from unfinished systems and older release targets. It was reviewed on October 2, 2026.

When is Ticker Panic releasing?

The release has been postponed, and a new date has not been confirmed. The earlier November 20, 2026 target no longer applies. Wishlist the game on Steam for public availability announcements.

We will share a new release date when it is confirmed. In the meantime, the development previews explain what we are adding, and gameplay guides offer a closer look at the market you will be trading.

Which platforms is it being developed for?

Ticker Panic is being developed for Windows PC and Steam. Other platforms have not been announced.

The desktop interface brings charts, company information and order tools into one trading desk. Our screenshots show that PC experience, and any additional platform announcements will appear in studio updates.

Can I play a public demo now?

A public demo is not currently advertised as available. Follow the Steam page and studio updates for news about future opportunities to play.

We will link an official demo when availability is verified. Until then, screenshots and guides describe development-build gameplay.

Can I save, continue and change the pace?

The development game includes auto-save, quick save, named saves and loading. Continue a saved portfolio from the menu rather than starting over each session. Save compatibility may change while development continues.

Pause and multiple speeds are available from the start. Slow down when you want to read a report or inspect an order; speed up when you are waiting for the next development.

Is it multiplayer or a real-money trading app?

Ticker Panic trades fictional assets inside its own simulation. It does not place real-money trades or connect to brokerage accounts.

The current game focuses on single-player cash trading. Multiplayer, margin, borrowing, options and advanced short-selling are not announced as available features. Our guides focus on the tools you can see in the development gameplay.

What is being worked on next?

Company financial reports, market-wide Research and linked developments are the current focus. Our development previews explain those systems and their boundaries.

The screenshots show actual September development gameplay. Upcoming screens and controls may look different before release. This FAQ will be updated as public information changes.
